  5. Engage in introspection.
  6. Wake up early, get good-quality sleep, and start your day off with positive actions.
  7. Employ the power of music—listen, play, sing, dance.
  8. Practice mantras or positive affirmations.
  9. Take daily action to strengthen your character—practice virtues such as industry, compassion, humility, patience, honest, courage.
  10. Simplify your life. Slow down, unclutter, do less, but do things that you enjoy more.
